Better Wellness USA does something most sellers in this category avoid: it prints its price. That transparency is genuinely useful — and it sits on top of a company whose public footprint, at the time of our review, was weeks old. The domain was registered in June 2026; the listed headquarters is a virtual-office address; no operating partners or clinics are disclosed; and our attempt to verify the sole named principal's clinical credentials did not resolve cleanly. Every one of those checks took minutes and is reproducible by any buyer — instructions below.
The earnings-type claims
The site advertises figures such as $800K/year, "$1M year one," 91% retention, and 60%+ margins. Treat these as the company's own marketing claims, and note they closely mirror claims used elsewhere in this category. Earnings-type claims to prospective business buyers call for written substantiation; a footer disclaimer does not substitute for it.
The 20-minute vet, step by step
1) Whois the domain — note the creation date. 2) Paste the HQ address into a search — is it a virtual-office provider? 3) Ask for the reference clinic's name and address; visit or video-call it. 4) Ask for the principal's license number and verify it with the state board. 5) Ask for written substantiation of every published number. A real operation passes all five before lunch.
Take these questions to them
“How long has the company existed, and where does it physically operate?”
“How many partners are operating today — and may I visit the reference clinic?”
“What is the principal's license number, and in which state is it held?”
“What written substantiation supports the earnings figures on your homepage?”
Where we stand — disclosedThis site is published by Atlas Metabolic, which offers a 0%-royalty license model in this category (partner owns their own brand; final agreements control). We think the honest comparison — documents, fees, ownership at exit — favors that structure, and you should verify that skepticism-first: see how Atlas structures it, and hold us to the same diligence standard this site applies to everyone else. If you want to see ongoing-fee structures side by side at your own numbers, use the RoyaltyMath calculator.
